Thrive Together Group Programme – Terms & Conditions
Coach: Dr Sara-Louise Wylie
Coachee: As identified on the proposal/invoice and email communications.
By joining Thrive Together, the Coachee agrees to the following terms:
1. Confidentiality & Safe Space
All sessions, group communications, and community spaces are confidential. The Coachee agrees not to share or discuss any other participant’s story, comments, or personal experiences outside of the group setting.
The Coach is committed to holding the Coachee’s confidentiality. The only exception is where the Coach is professionally required to break confidentiality, such as in the case of a safeguarding concern.
2. Group Conduct & Participation
This group is a supportive, judgment-free space. All Coachees are expected to:
Respect others' privacy, opinions, and boundaries
Communicate with kindness and care
Refrain from offering unsolicited advice, medical guidance, or criticism
Raise any concerns directly with the Coach
If a Coachee behaves in a way that is harmful, disruptive, or not aligned with the values of the group, they may be removed from the programme at the discretion of the Coach. In such cases, no refund will be provided, but any future monthly payments will be cancelled.
3. Programme Commitment & Guarantee
The Thrive Together programme runs for six months. The Coachee agrees to commit to the first three months of the programme, recognising that real transformation takes time and that the early stages of the programme lay the groundwork for long-term change.
After the three-month mark, if the Coachee feels that the programme is no longer suitable, they may choose to withdraw. In this case:
If the Coachee has paid in full, any unused future months will be refunded.
If the Coachee is on a payment plan, they must provide at least one week’s notice before the fourth payment is due. The Coach will then cancel any remaining instalments from the business side.
No refunds are available for the initial three-month commitment.
4. Duties and Responsibilities
The Coach agrees to:
Act as a certified coach, registered doctor (GMC-registered), and certified yoga teacher
Provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental environment
Guide the coaching process using professional training and experience
Offer gentle accountability while supporting increased self-efficacy and autonomy for the Coachee
Suggest reflective tasks ("homework") tailored to the Coachee’s specific needs and goals, typically provided within 24–48 hours of each session via email (these may include recommended reading, exercises, or personalised NLP recordings)
Be available for Voicenote support as outlined in the coaching programme PDF, responding within 24 hours on designated coaching days
Maintain confidentiality as outlined above
The Coachee agrees to:
Take full responsibility for their personal development and outcomes, recognising that results are influenced by their own commitment and engagement
Participate openly and actively in the coaching process
Complete reflective work between sessions
Communicate honestly about progress, resistance, or challenges
Maintain respectful communication with the Coach and other participants
Any behaviour that is aggressive, disrespectful, or detrimental to the group environment may result in immediate termination of the Coachee’s participation without refund.
5. Outcomes and Accountability
Coaching outcomes are unique to each Coachee and will be co-created during sessions. Goals and milestones may evolve over time. The Coachee recognises that some results may manifest beyond the programme timeframe due to the nature of personal growth.
The coaching approach in Thrive Together is holistic, combining science and soul. It supports not only practical transformation but also emotional growth, self-awareness, clarity, and alignment with the Coachee’s inner values. This work integrates mind, body, and spirit to promote deep, sustainable change that can ripple across every area of life.
While outcomes may include tangible changes, the Coachee acknowledges the value of subtler shifts such as increased resilience, self-compassion, inner confidence, and purpose-led clarity.
6. Missed Sessions & Recordings
If the Coachee is unable to attend a live group session, they will be given a recording of it to watch in their own time. Group sessions where personal coaching takes place are recorded only with the consent of attendees. These recordings are shared privately and must not be distributed.
There are no refunds or partial credits for missed sessions or live calls the Coachee cannot attend.
7. Coach Holidays & Support Pauses
The Coach may take short periods of leave during the programme. If a period of leave is under two weeks, group sessions will continue as scheduled, and Voice-note coaching support will pause temporarily during that time.
If the Coach takes a leave longer than two weeks, the Coachee will be informed in advance, and any extended pause will be reflected with additional support or adjusted timing.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, exercises, tools, and materials shared within Thrive Together — including recordings, worksheets, exercises, and frameworks — remain the intellectual property of the Coach (Dr Sara-Louise Wylie).
These materials are provided for personal use only and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used in any coaching, consulting, or professional setting without written permission from the Coach.
9. Medical Disclaimer & Crisis Support
This programme is for coaching and personal development purposes only. It is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and the Coach will not provide medical advice during the course of this programme.
Participation in this programme does not constitute a doctor–patient relationship. The Coachee is responsible for seeking appropriate medical or mental health support from their own healthcare providers when needed.
Please note:
This is not a crisis or emergency service. The Coach is not available for urgent or acute mental health support. If the Coachee is in crisis, they are advised to contact their GP, NHS 111, emergency services, or a support line such as Samaritans (UK: 116 123).
10. Payment Terms
By enrolling, the Coachee agrees to pay in full or through a monthly payment plan, as agreed at the time of registration.
If the Coachee’s payment method fails or is cancelled during the initial three-month commitment period, the Coachee remains responsible for completing payment for that period unless they have withdrawn after month three in accordance with the guarantee.
If the Coachee is on a payment plan and wishes to withdraw after the three-month minimum, they must give the Coach at least seven days’ notice before the fourth payment is due. Any further scheduled payments will then be cancelled from the business side.
11. Insurance and Supervision
The Coach maintains professional insurance and engages in regular Continuing Professional Development (CPD) in accordance with the standards of the Association for Coaching.
12. Privacy Policy and Data Protection
The Coachee’s privacy is respected and protected. For full details, the Coachee may review the Privacy and Data Protection policies available at
www.drsaralouwylie.com or request a copy by emailing info@drsaralouwylie.com.
13. Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and subject to the laws of the United Kingdom.
If the Coachee has any questions about these terms, they are encouraged to contact the Coach before joining.
Thank you for helping make Thrive Together a safe, respectful, and transformational space.
