Overcoming Perfectionism / Perfectionism × Overwhelm – Terms & Conditions

By purchasing the Overcoming Perfectionism / Perfectionism × Overwhelm Masterclass (“the Programme”), you agree to the following terms and conditions between Dr SaraLou Wylie (“I”, “me”, “my”) and you (“the Client”, “you”).
1. Access and Payment
1.1 Payment is due in full at the time of purchase, unless you have selected an approved payment plan at checkout.
1.2 If you select a payment plan, the first instalment is taken immediately, and subsequent instalments are automatically processed by ThriveCart on the pre-set schedule shown at checkout.
1.3 Access to the Programme is granted immediately upon enrolment.
1.4 Lifetime access to the materials is granted only once all payments have been completed in full.
1.5 If a scheduled payment fails or is cancelled, access will be paused until payment is received.
1.6 All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
2. Refund and Cancellation Policy
2.1 Due to the instant-access digital nature of this Programme, all sales are final and non-refundable.
2.2 If you are on a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all agreed payments, regardless of whether you access or complete the materials.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
3.1 All content within the Programme, including videos, audio, worksheets, written materials, images, and branding, is the exclusive property of Dr SaraLou Wylie.
3.2 You are granted a single-user, personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the materials for your own personal development.
3.3 You may not share, reproduce, distribute, resell, teach from, or otherwise use the content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
3.4 Any unauthorised use of my intellectual property will result in immediate termination of access and may lead to legal action.
4. Disclaimer and Liability
4.1 The Programme provides educational and coaching information only. It is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice and does not replace professional healthcare.
4.2 You participate voluntarily and take full responsibility for your results, choices, and wellbeing.
4.3 I make no guarantees of specific outcomes. Results will vary based on your personal circumstances, effort, and implementation.
4.4 To the fullest extent permitted by law, I disclaim liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation.
5. Confidentiality and Privacy
5.1 I respect your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with my Privacy Policy (available at drsaralouwylie.com/privacy

5.2 You agree not to share screenshots, recordings, or content from the Programme in any public or private setting without consent.
6. Termination of Access
6.1 I reserve the right to remove access without refund if these Terms are breached, including unauthorised sharing or infringement of intellectual property.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England, United Kingdom, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
